Transforming health journeys

AI Health Solutions (AIHS) is a US-based healthcare innovation company focused on integrating technology, behavioral science, and clinical care to improve chronic health outcomes.

Mission

AI Health Solutions set out to create a patient-facing mobile app that could serve as a personalised health companion. The app would guide users through assessments, goal setting, and device integration, all while feeling intuitive, human, and clinically sound.

Outcome

We transformed a detailed product scope into a clear, intuitive app experience- combining guided assessments, goal setting, and device sync into a design that feels supportive, scalable, and easy to use.

Challenge

AIHS approached us with a clear and detailed information architecture for a new MVP product. While the feature list and logic flows were well-defined, the experience needed a user-first lens. Something that would make clinical data feel human, make complex flows intuitive, and help the product truly resonate with everyday users. The challenge lay in turning a technically strong backend into a simple, reassuring and engaging front end.

Our Approach

We translated AIHS’s backend logic and feature blueprint into a clear, intuitive UI flow, keeping patient comfort and clarity at the core. The app’s onboarding and home screen were structured as entry points into the user’s health journey, offering quick access to profile setup, goal tracking, assessments, and connected devices.

Key modules included:
1. A motivational chatbot that could guide users through assessments and personalize plans based on their readiness to change
2. A goal-setting engine with smart suggestions for clinical and lifestyle changes
3. A support system builder, helping users define who’s walking with them on their journey
4. A device sync screen with a familiar UX pattern to pair wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit, and glucose monitors

We focused on micro-interactions, feedback loops, and content hierarchy that made the app feel less like a medical tool and more like a personalized coach- empathetic, human, and non-intimidating.
