Celebrating Voices That Matter

A Singapore based podcast brand that champions culture, community, and the stories that shape us.

Mission

To reposition Melting Pot as a culture-first podcast with a global perspective and emotional resonance. The brand needed clarity in message, consistency in identity, and a system to grow its presence and audience.

Outcome

We delivered a full brand strategy, refined the narrative and voice, designed a flexible visual identity, and built a structured social media system. The result is a brand that now reflects the power and purpose of the stories it tells.

Social Media Rollout

Interactive web element for Melting Pot Podcast designed with playful, curved lilac navigation bars and bold orange typography. The layout invites user engagement with phrases like “Step In” and “Your Seat at the Table,” reflecting the brand’s inclusive, conversational, and dynamic storytelling ethos.

Brand Strategy and Messaging

We positioned Melting Pot as a space for conversations that matter. The brand’s new purpose became clear: to spotlight diverse voices shaping culture, identity, and community. The tagline, "Celebrating voices that matter," was created to anchor the brand’s tone and intent.

We defined three core pillars- Cultural Diversity, Human Resilience, and Global Thought Leadership, which now guide content creation, guest curation, and platform communication.

Melting Pot's podcast celebrates "culture meets conscience" through interviews with artists, activists, authors, and entrepreneurs. Dot and Grid led the brand refresh and visual system, designed the promotional framework, built social templates and shaped the content rollout for growth.

Identity Design

Typography pairs Playfair Display for warmth and elegance with Anton for bold, confident headlines. A blend of storytelling and strength. We designed a range of templates for Instagram, YouTube and Spotify to ensure consistency while allowing room for flexible content formats.

The logo uses wave-like distortions to represent fusion, flow, and convergence, echoing the spirit of a melting pot. Each letter bends and shifts, symbolising the blending of ideas and perspectives.

The color palette combines vibrant orange with soft lavender. Orange evokes energy and conversation, while lavender introduces calm and openness. The supporting colors, mint and midnight, add freshness and balance.

The composition reflects the brand’s modern, inclusive approach to storytelling, culture, and conversation—capturing the energy and warmth of human voice at the heart of the podcast experience.

Content and Social Rollout

We audited the episode library and created a system to group and tag episodes for easier discovery. We also introduced a content strategy with reusable themes such as Guest Spotlights, Behind the Mic, Cultural Snapshots, and Listener Stories.

Social media templates were designed for stories, posts, countdowns, and reels, all built to improve recognition. Interactive elements like CTAs and polls were integrated to help grow the community and encourage participation.
